Of all the kitchen companies I spoke with, I am so glad I chose them. Rasim is very knowledgeable and reliable. He and Ben took their time to design my kitchen until I was completely satisfied with the outcome. He also took great care to make sure that everything was in order and cleaned up once his crew was done with the install. Everyone in his crew is very skillful and experienced and took no time at all to finish the installation. His plumbing crew, Tekin and his team, also gave me some useful tips and advices on the maintenance and upkeep for the appliances, piping for the kitchen sink, etc. Everyone is very friendly and I could not be any happier now that I have my beautiful kitchen. Went to the Boca show room met the president bulent karalas of the company,spent 1 hour picking tile cabinets flooring colors set up a date for him to come to my home for measurements , took ofF the day due to the fact I work 5 days and he was not available on the nearest Saturday!!And wow he was a NO SHOW COMPLETELY DID NOT REMEMBER THE APPOINTMENT THAT HE MADE ,WHEN I REACHED OUT TO HIM HE TOLD HE FORGOT HAD OTHER PROJECTS !!THAT DAY WELL I TOOK THE DAY OFF I DIDN'T FORGET !I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH MY KITCHEN AND ESPECIALLY MY MY MONEY !!!RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS RED FLAG PEOPLE

My husband and I do luxury weddings for a living, so we are extremely discerning when hiring contractors to assist us in our home. Prior to discovering SET Kitchens, we had a multitude of contractors come to see what project(s) we were looking to do. Sadly, most never got back to us, and those that did gave us outrageous quotes and timelines. Thankfully, we wandered into the SET Kitchen showroom and were enthusiastically greeted and put at ease. Bulent came over to our home right away, measured, provided ideas, and quickly sent over a CAD and a quote. He always responded to all my emails and calls, and for once, I was not worried. He was extremely patient and accommodating while we figured out when we could start our project, which turned out to be many months later. Our new kitchen was completed so quickly, and we could not be happier! Bulent scheduled and supervised the project from beginning to end. Each member of his team was professional, courteous, and meticulous. The project was scheduled for 6-weeks, and they were onsite working every weekday from 8am to 5pm including some Saturdays. I was in need of replacement European style hinge for a cabinet. Home Depot did not have what I needed. A Google search listed Set Kitchens as a place that may have them. I stopped in and Rasim was so friendly and helpful. He was able to locate 2 hinges for me, and to my surprise he said "just take them, they are free"!! I offered him money and again he refused.
